The Grüner Spring Playlist!

The Grüner Spring Playlist! | Grüner Wellness

Spring is the season of rebirth and renewal.

More than any year in my experience, the sun shining through the clouds has had an especially significant symbolic meaning this March 20th, the first day of Spring. Folks are finally getting vaccines, the light at the end of the tunnel is visible... but we aren’t quite there yet. Some people are letting up in their precautions, while many more are continuing to be careful, continuing to protect themselves and their families.

As I write this, I'm listening to the birds, enjoying a garden that I didn’t have a year ago. The pandemic brought changes for all of us. It revealed the best and worst in our natures. Although so many negative things happened, let’s take a moment, all of us, and try to think of one good thing that happened for you personally in the last year.

As Tolstoy said, "Spring is the time for plans and projects." Looking out on the sunny day, the vaccinations on their way, it feels like a great time to start making plans.

Grüner Wellness was born out of the pandemic. As we were mourning the loss of our social lives, Frank and I decided that we should use this time to enrich ourselves, going back to the basics, and hopefully coming out the other end stronger than we went in. For us, one of those basics was skincare, which was why we developed our Evening Ritual Oil

As we all start to enjoy some more time outside, and some much needed Vitamin D, let’s try to dwell on the positive, while we remember and try to learn from the negative.

If you want to share your plans, projects, or something good that happened to you last year, message us on Instagram!
